Can we customize our package to fit our specific needs?

How do we secure our date with you?
To secure your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit are required. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the event. Submit a contact form to get in touch with me to see if your date is available!
How far in advance should we book your services?
While I’m always happy to accommodate last-minute events when possible, booking 3-6 months (or even up to a year) in advance ensures I have plenty of time to plan and make everything absolutely perfect. My schedule fills up quickly, so securing your spot early guarantees I can create the best experience for you. E
When can we expect our content to be delivered?
All raw content will be accessible within 24 hours of the event ending, and your edited videos will be ready within 2 business days! Everything will be neatly organized in a dedicated Dropbox folder, so you can view and download your memories anytime, as much as you want. It's super easy and stress-free!

Can we request specific content (shots, poses, videos, etc)?
Absolutely! I love when couples share their vision and ideas for the content they want captured because it helps me create something that’s perfectly you. One month prior to your wedding date, I’ll send over a questionnaire asking about your day, expectations, and overall vision so we’re completely on the same page. We’ll also review all of these details together during our planning call, which we’ll schedule around the same time, to make sure everything is just right + that I'm ready to go!
Do you travel?
Yes, I’m happy to travel to your event! Please note that travel fees will apply. For driving, I charge $0.67 per mile for distances over 30 miles from my location. If the drive exceeds 2 hours, there will be an additional fee to help cover lodging, which will be agreed upon ahead of time between both parties. I’m also happy to fly to you—just cover the cost of my flights and lodging, and I’ll take care of the rest!
Are there any additional costs we should be aware of?
Additional costs may include travel fees for destination weddings, overtime charges if the event exceeds the agreed-upon hours, and any optional add-ons or upgrades to your package. Transparency is incredibly important to me, so there will never be any surprise fees. Everything will be agreed upon between us upfront.

Will we have the opportunity to request edits or revisions to the content you provide?
All of my packages include two edit requests. Whether it’s changing a song, adding or removing clips, or other tweaks, just let me know! Once you submit an edit request and I’ve acknowledged it, the final edit will be delivered within 2 business days.
